Guest Post: the great Mount Pendle
Hi, so I’m not actualy going on this expedition, I am however dragged along on the trainings occasionally. I arrived back from spending months in Rio de Janeiro only to end up climbing up a snowy mountain in England. Thanks for that mother (Linda).

Bad Weekend
Training gone to pot… only walked the dogs to the reservoir and back twice. Partly because it was my sisters BBQ yesterday and I drank too much.. Today hasnt been a great day either. Never mind maybe next weekend will be better!
